A "Tentmaking Evangelist" credentialed as a licensed minister (Anchor Bay Evangelistic Association - non-denominational). Co-Founder of Kingdom Gospel Ministries, Inc., founded 1985, with a mission to reconcile people of different racial, ethnic, educational, and economic situations. Currently produces three weekly radio programs - edgy dramas, Sunday morning verse-by-verse Bible expository preaching, and messages derived from current events. He has archived many radio programs and written articles on the Internet and preached at numerous churches. A PA/NJ Architect with his own practice begun in 1979, working on a wide variety of projects including churches, academies, convenience stores, residences and more. Helped in property acquisitions and worked with real estate investors. Acutely interested in politics since a teenager with many articles published over the years as well as a long-running political blog. Was an invited writer for Community Voices in the Philadelphia Inquirer. Guest on a Talk Radio show discussing race relations and on "It's Your Call", a TV show with Lynn Doyle dealing with the subject of interethnic marriage.

SOBERING THOUGHTS FOR SOBERING TIMES

FROM THE GOSPEL OF MATTHEW, CHAPTER 24

9 “Then you will be handed over to be persecuted and put to death, and you will be hated by all nations (THIS OBVIOUSLY INCLUDES THE UNITED STATES) because of me.

10 At that time many will turn away from the faith and will betray and hate each other,(OTHER CHRISTIANS CAN BE OUR WORST ENEMIES AND THEY BETRAY THE TRUE BIBLE BELIEVING CHRISTIANS CONSTANTLY, SLANDERING US AND OPPOSING US BECAUSE WE DO NOT APPROVE OF SIN AND PERVERSION AND STICK TO WHAT WAS WRITTEN BY NEN OF GOD INSPIRED BY THE HOLY SPIRIT) 11 and many false prophets will appear and deceive many people. (JUST TURN ON TBN, WORD, OR DAYSTAR AND you WILL GET A WIDE ASSORTMENT OF THEM - THOUGH MOST ARE NOT WELL KNOW AND POPULATE THE PULPITS OF LOCAL CHURCHES)

12 Because of the increase of wickedness, the love of most will grow cold, (WE SEE THIS EVERYWHERE) 13 but the one who stands firm to the end will be saved. (THAT SURE SOUNDS CONDITIONAL TO ME - IF YOU ARE RELYING ON AN OLD SPIRITUAL EXPERIENCE BUT ARE NOT WALKING CLOSELY TO CHRIST AND STANDING WITH HIM NOW, FIX THAT TODAY!)

PASSION

Exactly how passionate are you about Jesus? Do you pant like a deer anticipating a cool drink? Do you doodle his name like you did of your first love? When you DO meet, do you express your love to him, listen to every word that proceeds out of his mouth, and simply enjoy him or do you blurt out a list of demands and requests without letting him get a word in edgewise. Are you rude to the Lord or are you his loving partner? When he asks something of you , do you embrace it and see how quickly you can take care of his request or do you hem and haw and take your good old time?

We call it the passion of Jesus because he let it all go for OUR sake. He held nothing back. What are you holding back? Time, interest, money? Are you spending the time with him that your best relationship deserves or do you say "gotta go" motor often than not and leave him sad and disappointed with you? Tia is no way to treat a casual friend, let alone the Lord of the Universe.

Take inventory of how you relate to Jesus. If he is not your VBF (very best friend), make him that today. Respond in love to hi - offering yours and accepting his. May God bless you!
